KINGSTON, Jamaica – The longest shot on the board in the field of seven, Zion’s Princess (Matthew Bennett) surged through rivals inside the final furlong of six to upset the applecart at searing odds of 40-1.
That upset win by Zion’s Princess came in a four-year-old and upward non-winners of three call.
It was a long awaited victory for the owner and trainer of Zion’s Princess, Michael Beecham.
