Once jockey Omar Walker put Superluminal trained by Ian Parsard in the lead with five furlongs to go, it was over and done with for the rest of the field.
In the stretch run, Superluminal was dominant winning by 2 ¾ lengths. The winning time was recorded at 1:137.1.
Uncle Vinnie was second and Princess Annie third.
This was Walker’s third win on the last race day before Christmas Day.
