With the tongue tie on Voytek wins Caymanas Monday 8th

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jockey Tevin Foster enhanced his reputation as a rider, who is making significant development, with another noteworthy display in the saddle, this time on the Gregory Forsyth trained Voytek.

Foster’s 30th winner this year was achieved in the Caymanas Monday eighth – a three-year-old and upwards claiming ($550,000 -

$450,000) event run over five furlongs round.

Held of the pace by Foster, Voytek was pushed hard in the stretch drive as several horses including Casual Charm (Daniel Thompson), and Strikinglygorgeous (Jordan Barrett) were in attendance in the final furlong.

Foster got the best out of Voytek to win by just over a length. Second was Lord Ashton, who came from far off with the third slot occupied by Strikinglygorgeous.
