Lambo Girl, trained by Adrian Prince, clinched a decisive triumph in the non-winners of two category for four-year-old horses and older, racing over four furlongs. This victory marks Lambo Girl's second win from a total of 40 starts and brings trainer Prince's seasonal win count to nine.
Right from the start, Simpson exhibited his trademark strategy by taking Lambo Girl straight to the front. As they hit the proper race track, the duo gathered momentum effortlessly. By the final furlong, Lambo Girl had pulled away from the pack, crossing the finish line 6 ¼ lengths ahead of the competition. The pair clocked a final time of 48.1 seconds, with splits of 24.0 seconds and 35.3 seconds.
