Curlin’s Affair achieves milestone for conditioner
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Saturday, March 26, 2022, will long be remembered by three-time champion trainer Anthony Nunes.
It was the day when Nunes reached a significant milestone in his already decorated career as a conditioner of thoroughbred horses.
That landmark of saddling his 1,200th winner was achieved when his charge Curlin’s Affair ran out an over seven-length winner of the day’s eighth race. The eighth race was an Overnight Allowance call at six furlongs.
