KINGSTON, Jamaica – Dee Danger, a six-year-old bay gelding by Forest Danger – C C Colquhoun) registered his 12th career victory from only 31 starts in the Caymanas Tuesday fourth, which was a three-year-old and upwards Claimer ($350,000 - $300,000) at five furlongs straight.

Jockey Anthony Thomas quickly guided Dee Danger trained by Steven Todd from the number three post to the middle of the track where he met a defiant Storm Born (Dick Cardenas), who was the overall leader.

That order changed quickly when the horses crossed over to the main track as Dee Danger took control with Thomas still angling closer to the stand rails.

In the final furlong,  Dee Danger started to falter as Big Paul (Jawara Steadman) came through the pack with a burst and with the jockey regularly and with gusto changing his hold.

Dee Danger and Thomas held on to win by a neck over Big Paul. Papa Albert (Samantha Fletcher) was third.

Dee Danger was also winning his third consecutive race.
