KINGSTON, Jamaica – In a three-year-old maiden contest for fillies only at six furlongs, Wayne’s Princess trained by champion Jason DaCosta, with Reyan Lewis in the saddle duly obliged at odds of 8-5.
In this her eighth career start, Wayne’s Princess was kept off the pace racing in fourth pace, until making the turn for home, moving up to second, and then under strong handling dispatched the leader Bella Soul (Omar Walker) for her maiden victory.
This was the first of ten races scheduled at Caymanas Park, Jamaica on Saturday, May 6 2023.
