KINGSTON, Jamaica - Jockey Rajiv Maragh continued his progressive comeback after long injury when he came from behind to win the seventh race on Saturday, January 4, 2024 at Gulfstream Park.
Riding for his father trainer Collin Maragh, Rajiv had to pull out all the stops to win going a mile on the All-Weather track.
The post-race report reads all follows: VALENTINE BUG came in nearing the first turn and was clipped behind, saved ground well off the pace, circled six wide around the far turn, closed outside and was up in deep stretch.
