KINGSTON, Jamaica - Jockey Dane Dawkins continued his good form at the Assiniboia Downs race track in Canada with another double on Monday, July 22, 2024.
Dawkins’ first winner was achieved in the first race, a 6-furlong maiden claiming call for three-year-old and up horses.
Dawkins piloted Happy Birthday to victory for trainer Maria Standford.
The post-race report reads as follows: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY stalked outside, finished well, took over late.”
