KINGSTON, Jamaica – Facing the starter for the 18th occasion Queen Adele made it a winning one in the Caymanas Sunday (Feb 20) first.

That maiden win by Queen Adele ridden by Javaniel Patterson for trainer Anthony Dixon was achieved in a four-year-old and upwards call going five furlongs round.

The early pacesetter was Fearless Vibe (Tevin Foster), with Queen Adele and Tocatbetheglory (Paul Francis) in close attendance.

Queen Adele and Patterson, after two furlongs were completed decided to take up the lead with Tocatbetheglory the main pursuer.

In the stretch drive, Queen Adele held a slim lead but then coupled up strongly to get to the winning post 2 ¼ lengths in front of Tocatbetheglory with JB Flyer (Nicholas Hibbert) third.

This was the first win in 2022 for trainer Dixon from 17 starts.
