Twilight Lady, bred, owned and trained by Carl Anderson creates 8-1 upset in 8th race

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Twilight Lady racing for the first time in a Maiden Special Weight for three-year-old fillies only, rallied over the last furlong of four to win the eighth of 11 races on the Saturday card at Caymanas Park at odds of 8-1.

Ridden by apprentice Anthony Allen, Twilight Lady was off the early pace set by Double Jeopardy (Simon Husbands) and the 1-5 odds on favourite Fantastic Feeling (Dane Nelson).

In the final portion of this short sprint, Allen got Twilight Lady going and the filly gained the advantage winning by 1 ¼ lengths over Fantastic Feeling with Ocean Wave coming in for third.

Twilight Lady is owned, bred and trained by Carl Anderson. The winning time was 47.2.
