She is unbeaten so far plus; she has already beaten her rivals two times already and she has class and talent. Atomica will be hard to beat. Blue Vinyl, for me, to win the 2000 Guineas. Trainer Patrick Lynch has done wonders with this horse and he is improving at the right time. Based on Blue Vinyl’s win in The Kingston, he is the horse to beat here.
Dale Murphy: Atomica is the 1-9 favourite to win the 1000 Guineas easily and there is no reason why she shouldn’t win. She is a really nice filly; she has done everything to deserve favouritism and it is a matter of who is going to finish second. I like Blue Vinyl to win the 2000 Guineas. He is improving at the right time and how he won the last time suggests that he has come on enough to beat the field.
Ryan Darby: For me, it is Atomica in the 1000 Guineas and Blue Vinyl for the 2000 Guineas. The records are there for Atomica and for Blue Vinyl. He has come on well and should beat them again.
Delroy Waugh: For the 1000 Guineas, I would say that I like Atomica, but for the colts and geldings, I would leave that race and watch it. Atomica has shown that she is the class filly, she can manage the one mile and should score her fifth win from five starts. Good horse!
Gresford Smith: I am going with the morning line favourite in the 1000n - Atomica. I don;t think she can be opposed at this time but it’s racing and anything can happen on the day. I am going with my horse Nomoredeals in the 2000 Guineas. The race is wide open this year and any one of the colts and geldings can win.
Paul Charlton: Atomica is unbeatable in the fillies’ race. Only a colt can possibly lower her colours, but that is far-fetched. The 2000 Guineas is an open race.
Donovan Russell: Atomica is 100% certain of winning the 1000 Guineas for it is not a race. Let’s watch and see how the 2000 Guineas plays out.
