QUICK WHISPERER

Tequila Blue, Prince Marshall, Jamaican Storm, Longie Lala

KINGSTON, Jamaica – THE QUICK WHISPERER has identified four horses for consideration on the 10-race programme tomorrow (Saturday, February 26, 2022) at Caymanas Park.

The four horses are TEQUILA BLUE, PRINCE MARSHALL, JAMAICAN STORM, and LONGIE LALATEQUILA BLUE races in the second, which is a three-year-old and upwards Optional Claiming ($550,000 - $500,000) event going 5 ½ furlongs.

The first attraction to TEQUILA BLUE is the presence of jockey Robert Halledeen. Then of further consideration is that this is the first occasion that TEQUILA BLUE  will be racing in a claiming race. When last at the races on February 12, TEQUILA BLUE shortened in the final furlong going 6 ½ furlongs, and with the trip shorter now, her chances have been enhanced. Back TEQUILA BLUE in the Reggae 6, Exacta, and Trifecta bets.

PRINCE MARSHALL races in the fifth, which is a four-year-old and upwards (non-winners of three) contest at 6 ½ furlongs. PRINCE MARSHALL found the board last time out finishing third. Even with a pull of seven lb in the weights, PRINCE MARSHALL will probably find the extra furlong a bit testing but he won his maiden race going seven furlongs. PRINCE MARSHALL is finding his form, will be on the front end, and is a good choice for at least the Trifecta, the Superfecta, and Hi-5 wagers.

JAMAICAN STORM races in the sixth race, which is a five-year-old and upwards claimer ($180,000 - $150,000) travelling six furlongs. JAMAICAN STORM was not far behind Chief of State (5 straight) seven days ago. This race for claimers is wide open and is one in which any number can play, especially with the bumper amount of betting expected in the Reggae 6. The field which JAMAICAN STORM now faces is less tepid and provides this seven-year-old gelding a good opportunity of winning. Buy JAMAICAN STORM to Win, Place, in the Reggae 6, Exacta, and Trifecta bets.

LONGIE LALA races in the nightcap, which is a four-year-old and upwards maiden condition call going a mile. LONGIE LALA is new to racing and on his first attempt 13 days ago spun around at the start. LONGIE LALA, according to the watch birds at exercise in the mornings, has looked much better with the blinkers on. Again, this is a wide-open contest and as such, give LONGIE LALA a look in the Trifecta, Superfecta, and Hi-5 bets.

BEST OF LUCK!
