Check out Colour Me Tan, Shashamani Dance, and Atonement
KINGSTON, Jamaica – THE QUICK WHISPERER continues to search for horses readers can look at and possibly place on wagers offered on the day.
This week on the Saturday (Jan 15) card, THE QUICK WHISPERER has earmarked three horses to watch; Colour Me Tan in the fourth; Shashamani Dance in the sixth, and Atonement in the tenth.
Colour Me Tan races mainly over the five straight route with eight of his last 10 starts over this distance. Tomorrow (Sat 15), Colour Me Tan again traverses down the straight course, in a five-year-old (non-winners of three) call, and does so with a show of form (December 26, 2021), after finishing sixth – 4 ½ lengths behind Generational, D’s Choice and Kholbear. It is to be noted that both Generational, and Kholbear have gone on to win after December 26. The best bets to place Colour Me Tan in are the Superfecta and the Hi-5. Kotch a piece of Colour Me Tan in the Exacta. Expect odds of 10-1 and higher.
Shashamani Dance races in the sixth race, which is a five-year-old and upwards maiden condition contest going five furlongs straight. Shashamani Dance last raced over this distance on December 4, 2021, when finishing fourth behind Money Marshall, Starlee, and Black Royalty. This is a maiden event where any number can play and that includes the number of Shashamani Dance, who will attract long odds of about 20-1 and upwards. So, place Shashamani Dance in the Superfecta and the H-5.
Atonement is entered in the nightcap in a four-year-old and upwards (non-winners of two races) over six furlongs. Atonement last raced on December 27, 2021, and finished fifth – 5 ¾ lengths behind Will The Conquerer, and it is that effort that has alerted THE QUICK WHISPERER of Atonement hitting the board tomorrow. Use Atonement in the Superfecta and the Hi-5.
