Omar Walker is back in the saddle
KINGSTON, Jamaica – THE QUICK GALLOPER slipped by not mentioning in the SPECIAL NOTES article for Saturday, January 29, 2022, that six-time champion jockey Omar Walker is returning to the saddle.
Unfortunately, Walker has had to deal with a personal tragedy that has kept him from mounting up over the last three to four weeks.
THE QUICK GALLOPER again extends condolences to Walker and his family on their loss and wishes a quick return to the winners’ enclosure. Walker has two rides on the Sunday card in the sixth and the ninth.
GOOD LUCK “CHAMPO”.
