KINGSTON, Jamaica – Mine That Cat, owned, bred, and trained by Carl Anderson shook off the maiden shackles with victory in the Caymanas Saturday eighth.
The Caymanas Saturday eighth was a three-year-old maiden offering travelling six furlongs.
With Youville Pinnock in the saddle, Mine That Cat went straight to the front and with no challengers to test his resolve, the chestnut gelding went further and further away from the eight other runners, winning by 7 ½ lengths.
Diamond Star (Aaron Chatrie – chance ride) finished second with Hilly’s Vision (Tevin Foster) filling the third slot.
