KINGSTON, Jamaica – Sweet Medicine turned out to be winning remedy in the Caymanas Friday third which was a five-year-old and upwards call for non-winners of two horses racing at seven furlongs.
Sweet Medicine schooled by David Lee Sin with Aaron Chatrie on board waited as the lead switched from Ashley’s Glory to Itsabeautifulday, the latter taking the field into the last two furlongs.
Quickly finding space between horse Sweet medicine with 1 ½ furlongs to go , skittering away to win by 8 ¼ lengths.
Devine Lexie ran on for second with Funky Fashion third.
