KINGSTON, Jamaica - Joint leading rider Raddesh Roman has appealed the decision of the stewards of the Jamaica Racing Commission (JRC) to suspend for two race days, starting on Sunday, October 6, 2024.

By appealing the stewards’ decision, Roman receives an automatic stay of execution and is allowed to ride until the appeal case is heard and a decision taken by the commissioners of the JRC. As yet, no date has been set for Roman’s appeal to be heard.
