Yes, it is disturbing.
It's a real shame that the decision has been taken to punish the innocent horses because of a disagreement between SVREL & the Stakeholders. True horsemen would not do this to the detriment of the horse. Maybe the Regulators of horseracing should now step in on behalf of the horses.....closing the track & equine pool to prevent the horses from exercising???? This is not right.

The purse money need to be increase how can one have a million dollar claiming race with a purse money of less than $900,000 how do that make sense owners should be thinking about taking them to court for compensation if horses die or sick because of lack of exercise
