KINGSTON, Jamaica – The fifth of 10 races on the mid-week card at Caymanas Park has been put back as persistent rain plus lightning strikes have interrupting the programme.

An announcement from the promoting company informed that there will be no post parade for the fifth as the horses will go down directly to the six furlong start of the event.

Post time for the fifth was set at 2:25 pm. That time has gone by and all now at The Park are waiting for a break in the rain and the lightning flashes for the programme to continue.
