KINGSTON, Jamaica – Things returned to normal after a major first race hitch as 3-5 favourite Fort Knox turned out to be an easy winner of the second race on the Saturday card at Caymanas Park moments ago.
Racing over six furlongs in a Restricted Allowance 111 for five-year-olds and upwards non-winners of four, Fort Knox trained by Errol Waugh and ridden by Kiaman McGregor went straight to the front from the off and although challenged briefly by Run Dazzle for about two furlongs, Fort Knox was never in danger of losing.
Dada’s Nala (Roger Hewitt – 9-2) ran to take second over Run Dazzle.
