KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trainer Patrick “Wacky” Lynch continued the recent trend of conditioners finishing first – second and third in their various races in the Caymanas Saturday third.
Victory went to Inspired Miracle (Robert Halledeen) with Yetagain (Dick Cardenas) second and Bala Gris (Dane Dawkins (third). The Lynch one-two-three finish came in a five-year-old and upwards (non-winners of four) contest going seven furlongs.
Bala Gris took the lead when they left the starting stalls followed by De Inevitable (Anthony Thomas) with Inspired Miracle following two lengths behind in fourth place.
Bala Gris and De Inevitable tussled for the headlines as Yet Again made a move rounding the turn before entering the straight.
Yet Again held the advantage when they straightened with Inspired Miracle getting clear passage on the inside rails.
With a furlong left in the contest Inspired Miracle got the front and then went to win by three lengths over his stablemates.
