Can you please post the penalty/ penalties that were imposed by the Stewart for races that are start 15 minutes and over passed post time as was agreed to my JRC , SVREL and the minister, the problem persists and I am not seeing and fine posted as was agreed
I would hate to think that the people responsible is taking owners, trainers and grooms as a bunch of dumb idiots
