KINGSTON, Jamaica - The entries are in and the draw for post-positions has been done for the 2021 running of the Prince Consort Stakes.
The Prince Consort Stakes has attracted nine runners led by the champion two-year-old of last year Further and Beyond who will be competing for the first time this year.
The Prince Consort Stakes is regarded as one of the major prep races for the Classics and is designated for colts and geldings. The distance of the Prince Consort is seven furlongs with the race scheduled to be run on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Caymanas Park.
