KINGSTON, Jamaica – Displaying a likeness for the wet conditions Nina Dorada skittered away in a demolition job of rivals in the Caymanas Saturday fifth.
Nina Dorada first success was achieved in a four-year-old and upwards maiden condition race at six furlongs.
Jockey Javaniel Patterson put Nina Dorada in front from the race started and it was a procession from then to the winning post, winning by 13 ½ lengths.
Strong Warning (Samantha Fletcher) at 29-1 finished second with Cup Cake (Tevin Foster) in the third slot.
Nina Dorada is trained by Lawrence Freemantle, who was saddling his 12th winner of the year.
