KINGSTON, Jamaica – Moviestar with a persistent effort made good for his connections in the Caymanas Saturday sixth which was just completed a short while ago.
Starting at odds of 10-1, Moviestar ridden by Christopher Mamdeen and trained by Colin Ferguson, caught up with long time leader Lady Carmen (Javaniel Patterson) in the final furlong and a half.
Mamdeen had to switch Moviestar from the outside to the inside and it was then that Moviestar found his best stride to win this claiming call. Lady Carmen was second and He’sthereal Links third.
