KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jockey Dane Dawkins had little to do in earning his second win on the day as after stalking the leader, he brought his mount Mister Mandate to the lead at the top of the straight, winning by 5 ½ lengths.
The event was a $750,000 - $600,000 claimer for three-year-olds and upwards horses at 5 ½ furlongs.
Second was Custer and third Whizz Kidd.
