KINGSTON, Jamaica – He has spent almost all of his adult life as a horseman at Caymanas Park.
He was once a jockey, an assistant trainer, and now he is a conditioner of thoroughbreds.
He openly admits that he cannot envisage a life away from horses, away from the race track, having started to visit race tracks in Jamaica, at Boston in Portland, and Little Ascot in Old Harbour, St Catherine, at an early age.
He is Joseph ‘Sardie’ Thomas.
