KINGSTON, Jamaica – Consistent bay filly Lady Pujarie (Richard Henry) came out victorious for her connections in the Caymanas Sunday 6th, a three-year-old maiden special weight contest for fillies only travelling five furlongs round.
Trained by Rowan Mathie, Lady Pujarie, was rushed to the front in this 13 horse field and thereafter was never troubled enough to be concerned, winning by two lengths.
Whispering Magic (Dick Cardenas) made a late run to snatch second place with Unwritten Law (Oshane Nugent) in the third slot.
Henry was winning his first race in 2021.
