KINGSTON, Jamaica – The newly assembled combination of trainer Gresford Smith and jockey Aaron Chatrie struck again to take the Caymanas Saturday nightcap at odds of 5-1.
Chatrie and Kay Boy could not go with the leading horses, as the lead changed several times during the course of the race.
Inside the final furlong, K D Rocket (Robert Halledeen) took over and looked the likely winner. It was then that Chatrie brought Kay Boy with a final push and the two surged ahead to win by just under a length.  K D Rocket finished second with Danny Spud (Javaniel Patterson) third.
