KINGSTON, Jamaica - The Stewards has announced the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, 25th January, 2022.
Jockey Kemoy Parchment who rode GENUINE ARTICLE in the first (1st) race on Thursday, 23rd December, 2021, was suspended for one (1) raceday and fined Seven Thousand ($7,000.00) for the interference caused to SONOFAKING in the vicinity of the 300 metre point. The suspension will take effect on Saturday, 29th January, 2022.
