KINGSTON, Jamaica - Lady Blue showed her worth and true consistency when she won the five-furlong round Restricted Overnight Sprint with another of her resilient performances a short while ago.
Ridden by Omar Walker and trained by Wayne DaCosta, Lady Blue was with the early leaders before taking over with three furlongs left in the race.
Once Lady Blue took the lead in was over and done with as even as Corazon (Christopher Mamdeen) came with a late surge, Lady Blue was not for the catching. Anaso (Robert Halledeen) was third.
Lady Blue afforded his rider Omar Walker his second winner on the day.
