FINAL TIME:

KINGSTON, Jamaica – It was ‘Cola’ time in the Caymanas Sunday second as Time For A Kola brought some jitters for bettors scoring at odds of 5-1.

With apprentice Shavon Townsend in the saddle, Time For A Kola trained by Edward Hamilton, could not be seen even close to the leaders as the race progressed.

That front runner was Vampire Rejection (Dane Nelson) who was followed by Sea Cruise (Shane Ellis).

Vampire Rejection staved off the bursts of both Sea Cruise and Tea Time (Dick Cardenas), entering the straight and still there was no Time For A Kola around.

Then after Vampire Rejection and Nelson had taken the advantage out of the clouds came Townsend and Time For A Kola with a darting finish. Time For A Kola got up to win by a neck over Vampire Rejection. Devine Lexie was third.
