KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trainer, owner and breeder Gordon Lewis celebrated a fined win in the Caymanas Saturday (March 20) first when his Helicopter took off in the straight and landed in the winners’ enclosure.
Helicopter racing for the ninth occasion this time with Chalrick Budhai in the saddle settled behind leaders  Seven (Jerome Innis) and 2-5 odds favourite Elitist (Anthony Thomas).
Elitist took over with 2 ½ furlong left in the contest and even after going wide Helicopter racing for the third time in non-winners of two proved the stronger despite Elitist giving it her all.
Another Prosecutor (Chris Mamdeen) was third.
This was the second winner this season for both Budhai and Lewis.
