KINGSTON, Jamaica – Another well-judged ride by Tevin Foster brought victory for the Roy Matthews trained Hecandance in the Caymanas, Saturday, September 9, 2023, fourth.
Foster pushed Hecandance to the lead in a 7 ½ furlong, three-year-old and upwards Optional Claiming ($550,000 - $450,000) contest, and although relentlessly challenged by Justin Biden (Shane Richardson), was still able to get the best out of his mount, winning by 3 ½ lengths.
