KINGSTON, Jamaica – What more could one ever ask for in one of the top races on the local circuit, the Burger King Superstakes, which just unfolded at Caymanas Park minutes ago?
She’s A Maneater, the super filly, with Omar Walker in the saddle reclaimed lost pride with a gutsy and determined performance for almost the entire stretch drive to just hold the persistent challenge of Will In Charge (Robert Halledeen).
Racing fans stood up in the stands and cheered loudly as the two battled for supremacy and in the end She’s A Maneater got home by a short head.
Bigdaddykool was third seven lengths behind Will In Charge with Perfect Neighbour fourth.
This was the second year in a row that She’s A Maneater and DaCosta were winning the Burger King Superstakes.
The winning time was a very fast 2:05.0.
