Funcaandun with Robert Halledeen in the saddle was settled in third place as stablemate Banadura and Wall Street Trader vied for the headlines. Then with three furlongs left of seven, Funcaandun took over proceedings, but was shortening inside the final furlong as another stable inmate, Is That A Fact came on strong but Funcaandun held strong to gain automatic entry into the Mouttet Mile scheduled for early December.
