KINGSTON, Jamaica – Five horses will be making their first starts on the nine-race card on Labour Day, Monday, May 23, 2022.
The five are all three-year-olds and are; Fyffes Pen Liz, Anchorman, Fearless Fire, March and Shoot, and the US-bred Higher Vision.
FYFFES PEN LIZ is a grey filly (January 28) by Midnight Hawk out of Sexy Moon trained by Ryan Darby with Bebeto Harvey in the saddle.
ANCHORMAN is a bay colt (February 27) by Soul Warrior out of Bitter End trained by Anthony Nunes with Linton Steadman in the saddle. Note, Bitter End has already produced Sweet Majesty.
FEARLESS FIRE is a chestnut filly (April 15) by Fearless Vision out of Morebulletstofire trained by Anthony Nunes with Tevin Foster in the saddle. Note, Morebulletstofire has already produced Glitter Running.
MARCH AND SHOOT is a bay colt (January 17) by Nasheet out of Lead Vale trained by Ray Phillips with Kiaman McGregor in the saddle.
HIGHER VISION is a chestnut filly (USA – April 29, 2022) by Sky Fire out of Sage’s Giftbox trained Dale Murphy with Calvin Bailey in the saddle.
