KINGSTON, Jamaica – Fearless Champion earned his third win from 17 career starts in the Caymanas Monday ninth which was the final event on the programme.

That final race was for four-year-olds and upwards non-winners of three races at seven and a half furlongs.

It was a new Fearless Champion that race goers saw as instead of coming with his now well-known late burst, jockey Anthony Thomas pushed the Jason DaCosta trainee straight to the front when the gates opened and with gentle urging down the backstretch kept in front all the way to win by 4 ¼ lengths.

Kay Boy (Roger Hewitt) at 83-1 was second with Attorney General (Aaron Chatrie).
