KINGSTON, Jamaica – After the way to victory was cleared with the departure of stablemate Mahogany it was all Father Patrick in the Caymanas Saturday ninth, a race run for Hall of Fame Stakes Trophy over six furlongs for horses (three-year-olds and upwards) at the Open Allowance/Graded Stakes level.

The leader in this event changed at least three times as God of Love (Dane Nelson) Father Patrick (Jordan Barrett) and Patriarch (Youville Pinnock) went as fast as they could. This was after Patriach made up ground after being slowly out of his starting stall.

The with three furlongs to go, Father Patrick and God of Love separated themselves from the rest but when they entered the straight it was all Father Patrick who romped away to win by 4 ¾ lengths. Father Patrick was clocked in a time of 1:11.4 with splits of 22.4 x 45.4.

Eagle One (Dick Cardenas) ran on for second with God of Love third.
