KINGSTON, Jamaica – In an almost gate to wire run, Estalita took home the first race which was just completed at Caymanas Park moments go. This was the first of 11 races on the Saturday card.
Going off at odds of 5-2, Estalita ridden by former champion Shane Ellis won the maiden condition for four-year-olds and up over nine furlongs and 25 yards by an expanding four lengths.
Estalita is owned and trained by Donovan Plummer.
Odds on 1-5 favourite Lambana laboured in third.
