KINGSTON, Jamaica - Eleven horses have been officially nominated to start in the historic 100th Jamaica Derby set for Saturday next (October 31) at Caymanas Park. The Jamaica Derby is competed for over 12-furlongs or 2,400 metres.
The draw for post positions and declaration of jockeys has been completed and sees morning line favourite Wow Wow drawn at gate number 7.
There are two fillies in this year's Derby Another Affair and Shepanza.
