KINGSTON, Jamaica – Talented Tony K got the 10-race programme at Caymanas Park off to a favourable start for punters winning at odds of 4-5 with Robert Halledeen aboard for trainer Winchester McIntosh.
The Caymanas Sunday (December 12, 2021) first was a three-year-old and upwards Optional Claimer ($250,000 - $200,000) going 4 ½ furlongs.
Halledeen did not have to do much as the 10-year-old bay horse used his known speed to go in front and was never in danger of losing winning by 3 ¼ lengths.
Blu Attitude (Anthony Thomas) finished second with Boss Izzy occupying the third slot.
Talented Tony K was winning for the 16th time from 65 career starts.
