KINGSTON, Jamaica – The dominance of the claiming apprentices in the first four races on the Saturday (April 13) race programme just ended in the fifth race when journeyman jockey Aaron Chatrie got the job done on the Spencer Chung trained District Attorney.
Chatrie as is always the case, took District Attorney to the inside rails and was able to get by 58-1 longshot, A Seh Soul by 2 /12 lengths in the final furlong. Eye Candy finished third.
District Attorney clocked 1:27.1 in the Restricted Allowance four-year-olds and up (non-winners of three) event run over seven furlongs.
