The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, Unit 15-17 Big Buy Plaza, Portmore, St. Catherine, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Jockey BEBETO HARVEY who rode MIDNIGHT RUNNER in the third (3rd) race on Thursday, January 1, 2026 was fined Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) for the excessive use of his whip.
Jockey DEMAR WILLIAMS who rode MS CHERRY in the fifth (5th) race on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, was severely cautioned for the intimidation and interference caused to SMART TRICK in the vicinity of the 300-meter point.
Jockey SADIKI BLAKE who rode SOLACE in the ninth (9th) race on Saturday, June 28th, 2025 was cautioned for the excessive use of his whip.
