KINGSTON, Jamaica – Corzaon with a strong stretch drive dispatched rivals in the eighth of 10 races a short while ago at Caymanas Park but saw her colours lowered by the stewards for causing intimidation and interference to horse number 6 Nuclear Thunder.

After watching Dee Danger and Mr Universe with Anthony Thomas on board fight it out for the headlines, Dick Cardenas on Corazon waited and pounced in the straight to get home by 3 ½ in front of Mr Universe and Bimini.

But when the horses were coming around the bend in the 5 ½ furlongs event for $850,000 - $800,000 claimers, it appeared that Corazon and Cardenas came across and impeded Mamdeen and Nuclear Thunder causing Mamdeen to fall.

The stewards deliberated and then disqualified Corazon who was claimed from the race. Corazon was unplaced.

Thomas with that victory is again 13 wins ahead of Dane Nelson.
