KINGSTON, Jamaica – Fifteen horses have been provisionally entered in the 6-furlong Caribbean Sprint Championship which will be run during the Lasco sponsored Super Weekend of racing at Caymanas Park (Saturday, October 5 & Sunday 6).
The Sprint is down for contention on the Saturday and comes with a total purse of $3,000,000.
Chace The Great has won the last two Sprint Championships but thus far this season he has been showing poor form in 2019.
During this time, the likes of Another Vigorous, Another Bullet and the only three-year-old in the race God of Love have been pepping for this special race.
Then there is Mr Universe, the real speedball who has raced only once this year.
