KINGSTON, Jamaica – Brinks, a bay colt by Bern Identity – Indian Bluff firmly established himself as the leading two-year-old in the land by making a delivery of much promise in the Pick 3 “Super Challenge” Trophy, which is confined to juveniles travelling seven furlongs.

Trained by Ian Parsard with Omar Walker in the saddle, Brinks is now the winner of two races from as many starts.

When Mr Starter let them go, as expected Prcsshootingstar (Linton Steadman) shot to the front followed by Brinks, who was comfortably channeled from the favourable outside draw to be close to the leader.

These two went away from the rest of the pack and entered the stretch drive close to each other, and then Brinks, who was anxious to make his delivery, pulled away with aplomb to win with ease by 3 ½ lengths.

Tekapunt (Phillip Parchment), who had traffic issues while rounding the bend ran on strongly to earn second with Prncsshootingstar third.
