KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) has made four recommendations to horse racing promoter Supreme Ventures Racing and Entertainment Limited (SVREL) to end the current stalled negotiations regarding an increase in purse money.
The TOBA recommendations were put on the table yesterday (Monday, July 17, 2023) at a meeting with SVREL.
