Champion Barbadian trainer Saffie Joseph Jr continued his winning ways at Gulfstream Park by claiming two victories here over the weekend.
Joseph teamed up with fellow Barbadian apprentice Micah Husbands, who guided From the Clouds and Love Miami Love over the finish line in pole position.
From the Clouds, a three-year-old gelding, dictated all of the running in the Maiden Special Weight, which went 1400 metres.
So dominant was his performance, that he was 12-1/4 lengths clear of the second-place finisher in a time of 1:23.05.
The duo then teamed up again in the final race of the nine-race card, this time with Love Miami Love.
In a much closer finish, Love Miami Love, a four-year-old bay filly who is part owned by Joseph and Ten Twenty Racing, won by half a length in the Claiming 1600 metres race on turf.
In a thrilling finish, she rallied from mid pack to win in 1:34.88.
